Nope! DevOpsIntegration is only based on one license which will be access across all of your agents in Zendesk instance. You may have all of your Zendesk agents use DevOpsIntegration for one low fixed monthly cost (or, an even more economical yearly option - pay for a full year in advance and get discount!).
